We are responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy.
2. What data do we collect?
Via the contact form on this website, we process the data you enter yourself:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number, if you enter it
- The content of your message
Via the application form, we process your name, email address, phone number, your motivation and the CV or letter you attach. We only receive those files by email; the website does not keep them.
Via the newsletter form, we only process your email address. With all forms, we also keep the language in which you view the website.
If you contact us by phone or email, we process the data you give us yourself, such as your name, email address, phone number and your question.
We never ask for more data than is necessary for the purpose for which we use it.
3. What do we use your data for?
Your data is used solely for:
- Sending our newsletter, if you have signed up for it
- Answering your question
- Handling your application
- Carrying out an order or delivery
We treat your data confidentially. It is only accessible to the people who need it for their work, and we have taken technical and organisational measures to protect it. We do not share your data with third parties unless this is necessary to carry out an order or required by law.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by completing and sending the form, and on the basis of a legitimate interest, namely being able to answer your question or carry out an assignment.
5. Retention period
We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. We keep your email address for the newsletter until you unsubscribe; you can unsubscribe at any time via info@kwekerijbakker.nl. We keep the data of an application until no later than four weeks after the end of the application procedure, or with your consent for up to one year. If an order follows, we comply with the statutory retention period of 7 years for financial records.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for website statistics. We always measure how the website is used, even if you choose only necessary cookies. We do so on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the website. We only use advertising cookies and personalised advertising after you have given your consent; we manage this with Google Consent Mode v2. You can change your preference at any time.
When measuring, Google processes, among other things, your IP address, the pages you view and general device and browser data. This data may be processed on servers outside the European Union. We use these statistics solely to improve the website and do not link them to your contact details.

7. Video
The videos on the homepage are hosted on our own server, like the rest of the website. When you watch them, no data is sent to YouTube, Vimeo or any other video service.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your data and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also ask us to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, or withdraw consent you have previously given.
You can exercise your rights by contacting us at info@kwekerijbakker.nl. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Filing a complaint
If you believe that we are not processing your personal data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch Data Protection Authority).
